The High Arctic is changing faster than almost anywhere else on Earth, and we still know too little about it. Friends of ARG helps to fund the environmental research expeditions that close that knowledge gap, and keep the cycle of expeditions going.

Why give
Arctic research expeditions require transport, equipment, food and many months of preparation, wholly reliant on donations, grants and volunteers. ARG is a UK registered charity (No. 1167722) and receives no Government funding.
There is always more that could be done with more resources. Friends of ARG helps to close the funding gap directly, so the science doesn't wait on a grant cycle. Every gift, at any size, gets the team closer to the ice.
